The identity of Black Mizzou is strong. We are a Black educated student community who I've seen do amazing things. Many great people come out of Mizzou, leaders, friends, resources, heathens, new parents lol, wealth, etc. We all share a broader and common identity.
My challenge for us to continue to strengthen the identity that Black Mizzou has created. In my opinion, Black Mizzou is made up of people who are risk takers, people who challenge the status quo, who pursue bigger and better things, who support each other, build brands and businesses, people who have fun, who are lowkey alcoholics, who enjoy life, and enjoy the experience here despite the cards we're dealt on the daily. The list goes on and on but hopefully you get my point.
We're trying to make it through and contribute who we are to society. Add your self to this identity and see how your outlook on things will change for the better. Mine changed 5 mins before writing this.
